Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology,
2. Bachelor's degree is acceptable if backed by distinguished long proven experience of HRD applications in a Corporate environment
3. Ten (10) years of experience for Master degree candidates and eleven (11) years for Bachelor degree candidates in a professional capacity including some supervisory experience, of which five years should have been in applied HRD operations.
4. Excellent human relations skills, especially in dealing with people at all levels of client organizations.
5. Excellent Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
6. The age under 45 years old.
Job duties:
1. Provides professional internal consultations to line management on dealing with HRD issues covering most phases of the HRD function from initial inquiry through implementation to evaluation and follow up.
2. Instructs, trains and provides guidance and support to less experienced trainers on training and consulting matters in addition to conducting upper level Management Training courses.
3. Translates into Arabic a variety of very technical and involved contracts awarded by the company to local contracts for such major projects.
4. Directs the work of individual or teams of trainers working on short- term internal Consulting, OD programs, other interventions and field training activities in general under the supervision of the Division Head.
5. Researches and recommends to the Division Head innovations and modifications of present courses or introduction of new ones.
6. Under the supervision of his Division Head, directs activities of outside consultants by
(1) Monitoring progress towards objectives
(2) Advising on suitability of technical proposals
(3) Recommending suitable candidates
(4) monitoring consultant performance
(5) helping evaluate results.
7. Keeps up-to-date on latest developments and trends in the HRD area and recommends to his Division Head appropriate changes in the concepts, practices, methods and techniques employed by the Division.
8. Participates in and directs operations of HRD functions and activities in every Company location in and out-of-Kingdom as required
9. Participates in the preparation of Accountability reports, Operating Plans and Business Plans.
10. Performs other Management and Professional Development activities as directed by the Division Head.

Job Requirements:
1. BA degree in Engineering .
2. 12-15 years experience in production engineering with preferred back ground in gas production.
Job duties:
We are looking for Petroleum/Production Engineers to join the Northern Area Production Engineering and Well Services Department of Saudi Aramco at any of the department located industrial sites, Ras Tanura, Juaymah, Tanajib or Shaybah.
The incumbent engineer will be part of the Production Engineering Department, and should have extensive experience in Production Engineering, with preferred background in Gas Production Engineering, Artificial Lift in ESP (Electro Submersible Pump) and Gas Lift and optimization of production systems.
The ideal candidate must have related Engineering degree with extensive experience in horizontal wells, production facilities, well completion/ recompletion, workover operations and wellbore integrity.
Thorough understanding of safety and environmental practices is a requirement.

Requirements :-
1. BSc of power Mechanical Engineering.
2. 2 -3 Years of experience as minimum in servicing and overhauling of diesel generators Forklifts and Air compressors.
3. Hands on skills in troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling of diesel engines, hydraulic circuits and control panels of above equipments.
